Modality LLP Ophthalmology AMD Pathway is here! We are now accepting new referrals for patients with confirmed or suspected wet AMD within the BSOL area.

We have sub-specialty clinics for Medical Retina, Glaucoma, General, Uveitis, Cornea and Vitreo-retinal and this enables us to address other comorbidities promptly as well.

  • The holistic side to AMD care is of the utmost importance to us. We make it a priority to see beyond the image on the OCT, ensuring timely CVI, registration, referral to local ECLO and LVA support where appropriate.

  • Our staff are Vision Impairment Awareness trained to enable educated and empathetic care at all times, as well as appropriate accessibility.

  • Our service operates 7 days a week, including daytime, evening and weekend provision of care.
